• Physical description: About 6′0″ tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has visible acne scars or scabs on his face.
• Tattoos: “My Sisters Protector” on his left arm, “336” in blue ink, “Respect” on his right arm, and a red “$” sign on his right forearm.

Investigators believe Toodle is driving a black 2018 Honda Civic with heavily tinted windows. The car carries a North Carolina license plate number JMS-6500.
