Chris Kelly, one-half of the 1990s rap duo Kris Kross, tragically passed away in 2013, and his cause of death has now been officially confirmed. According to the autopsy report, Kelly died from a drug overdose.
The 34-year-old rapper, widely remembered for hits like “Jump”, was found unresponsive in his Atlanta home on May 1, 2013. He was rushed to the hospital, but doctors were unable to revive him.
Medical examiners have revealed that a combination of drugs in his system ultimately led to his untimely passing.
